Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons: opened moxa sticks or herbal products, and items showing signs of use.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@eailink.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and return address within 48 hours. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
