π¦ Order Processing
All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

π Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and select international destinations. If you don't see your country at checkout, please email us and we'll do our best to help.
π° Customs, Duties & Taxes
Most orders ship duty-paid, meaning the price you pay at checkout includes any applicable customs charges. For a small number of international destinations, your local customs office may collect a small duty or VAT on delivery. We'll always notify you at checkout if your destination is one of these β there will never be a surprise fee at your door.
π Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package's journey at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, please contact us at support@eailink.com and we'll investigate right away.
π Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
We stand behind every order we ship. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or significantly exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will resend a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund β whichever you prefer.
π¬ Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll happily reship it (a small reshipping fee may apply). If you notice an address error after ordering, email us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships.
