Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened moxa sticks or herbal products
- Items showing signs of use

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@eailink.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return authorization and return address within 48 hours
3. Ship the item back to the provided address at your own expense
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or not as described.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
